Architecture National

Sao Paulo, Brazil

Designing of unique spaces, with strong concept, that provide true and lasting experiences. It was for this purpose that the architects Eduardo Maurmann, Elen Maurmann and Paula Otto launched in 2010 the office National Architecture.

As architects, we respect the tradition and legacy of good Brazilian architecture, without ever failing to look to the future. Proof of this is that since 2014 we have been working with BIM (Building Information Modeling), a platform that guarantees more quality and agility in the design and execution of the projects, integrating our talented multidisciplinary team from the first sketches to the final delivery. This methodology, combined with our philosophy of intelligently projecting the investment to where it truly adds value, explains the rapid success we have achieved.

Our first project, the Municipal Square Building, won the ASBEA award in the Residential Building category in 2014. In the next edition of the award, a new victory, this time with the Kiev Building, which we designed and incorporated.
