Feast and Revel is a New Canadian fine dining restaurant run by Executive Chef Stephen La Salle. The interior of the restaurant, located at Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market hotel – a concept by Hyatt, was designed by an award winning interior design firm Mason Studio.

As the anchor restaurant in the lobby of the Andaz Byward Market hotel, Feast and Revel not only indulges guests of the hotel with an all-day-dining amenity, this 80-seat restaurant also serves as a destination spot for locals and tourists alike in the heart of the market. Taking cues from the sense-of-place cuisine, the interior invites guests into the experience through the expansive open kitchen. Rich textures and bespoke patterns infuse the interior with subtle Canadiana references, in keeping with the culinary concept,” explains Mason Studio
